Yoga taught through a heightened awareness of how the body holds stress.

We deeply strive to stay culturally aware and up-to-date on the most current trauma research and yoga findings. We also strive at being more inclusive, aware, informed and sensitive as possible. Our offerings are for everyone! Every background, experience, culture, identity, gender and being is welcome here!

We also understand many folx might feel more comfortable in their healing process when learning and sharing space with those in their own affinity groups. If that’s the case for you, use our “contact us” form to inquire about a better fit.

We aim to offer accessible and sustainable pricing. However, if financial circumstances are the reason you aren’t coming to yoga, please email us and we will work something out.

In remembrance of the rightful owners of the lands we teach upon, we acknowledge that our studio and most of our home practice spaces are located on lands belonging to the Indigenous Tribes of Ute, Cheyenne, Arapaho, among others. 

We also acknowledge that Yoga is a practice rooted outside of the United States. We aim to honor the lineages we are learning and benefiting from, who have their origins in both India and Africa.
