Honor the energy of the full moon with a nourishing blend of movement, stillness, and intention. We’ll begin with a 15-minute circle and guided meditation to ground and connect with ourselves and the collective energy of the group. From there, we’ll warm the body with 20 minutes of dynamic Vinyasa flow, linking breath and movement to release stagnant energy. The journey closes with 55 minutes of deep Yin practice, offering long, supported holds to open the body’s connective tissues, cultivate inner quiet, and integrate intentions under the glow of the moon.
This practice is both energizing and restorative—perfect for those seeking balance, reflection, and renewal.

About: Trauma-sensitive yoga (TSY) is yoga taught with heightened awareness of how the body holds trauma and stress. TSY’s aim is to start freeing the body of held trauma and its symptoms.
Each session will start with some education around trauma, the brain and the body in efforts to validate one’s experience and shed some light on what is happening when stress and trauma go unaddressed.
Each session will include about an hour of slow, gentle yoga that will slightly build in strength as the series progresses.
This series is for EVERYONE. We all hold stress and trauma in our bodies (especially now, we are all living with a new, heightened baseline of stress because of how the pandemic and racial reckonings have affected us).
This series is for those who’ve experienced any type of trauma and/or heightened stress.

Perfect for anyone curious about Ayurveda and wanting to feel more grounded, clear, and in sync with the season.
Join Jackie & Brian as they lead you through yoga and ritual. As the seasons shift and the air turns crisp, we gather to soften, ground, and create space for what’s next. Join us for a cozy fall workshop designed to calm the nervous system, nourish your inner landscape, and honor the energies of release and renewal.
We’ll begin with an arrival and grounding tea ritual, settling the senses and inviting presence. From there, drop into a slow, earthy yoga flow led by Jackie, accompanied by Brian’s live soundscape—a soothing blend of tones designed to root your energy and quiet the mind.
After movement, we’ll explore poetic journaling prompts inspired by Vata season, reflecting on what we are ready to let go of and what we wish to gather inward for the months ahead. Then, transition into creative integration with watercolor, crafting a personal piece of art that embodies gratitude, grounding, and inner renewal.
We’ll close with a sound journey and sharing circle, sealing intentions in community and sending you into the season feeling centered, inspired, and deeply held.

Meditation Drum Journey
A Journey is a rhythmic spiritual experience, similar to a sound bath. Although, unlike sound baths, the experience is from one singular buffalo drum that releases a sound vibration that moves through the cells of the body, rather than bounce off the body. ~45 minutes of drumming that can induce auditory hallucinations, believed to be the singing and instruments from ancestors of the land, and sounds of wildlife are to be expected; also visions, similar to a dream, with symbolism and emotion. Toward the conclusion of the Journey, the tone in the drumming will change to gently bring you back into your body. To wrap up the evening, there is a ~30 minute window to process and discuss your experiences and visions. am, full of symbolism and emotion. Meditation will guide you out and back into your body. There will be time to discuss and reflect on your experience afterwards.
**** This is not a drum circle, please do not bring your drum. Thank you!
