FAQs

  1. Why should I take this training instead of another 200 hour YTT?

Because yoga standards have been lifted and are only going to improve as time goes on. Yoga Alliance standards are asking for more cultural awareness, more inclusivity, more diversity and more awareness around trauma for the trainings they approve. This is wonderful progress! With this training You will be ahead of the curve. You will learn all you need to know to meet and exceed these important standards.

  2. What if I’m unable to make it to the training because i’m sick or have an important commitment?

You may miss up to 16 hours without having to schedule a make-up session with on of your trainers. Keep in mind if you miss more than 16 hours, the make-up session is required in order to graduate and receive your certifications, and you will have to pay the trainer for the time they spend to catch you up to speed.

  3. Will I have to take exams?

You will be evaluated on the quality of work you turn in (homework) and the quality of the work you present (practice teaching), along with your overall participation.

Yes! You will have the ability to register as a 200 hour RYT (registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance.

  5. How much time is required outside of the in-person training?
